We provide a One-Year Blanket Warranty – one of the best in the industry – that “blankets” your home. We also provide a third-party Ten-Year Structural Warranty to give you additional reassurance. An additional warranty you receive is from the manufacturers that supply the components that go into building your new home and range from 12 months to lifetime.
